Ascential plc, the global specialist information company, announced today the acquisition of Brand View.
Brand View broadens Ascential’s eCommerce analytics offering, adding highly complementary services to Ascential’s existing specialisms of Sales & Share and Digital Shelf; currently provided by One Click Retail (OCR) and Clavis. Brand View also brings a new customer segment, retailers, together with coverage of off-line retail and a comprehensive and highly scalable data platform.
Brand View will form part of Ascential’s “Sales” segment and will be integrated with OCR, Clavis and Planet Retail RNG in due course.
The acquisition will enable Brand View to move even faster and with more impact; leveraging Ascential’s scale and resources, as well as fuelling innovation and new products to further meet our client’s needs.
