Brand View uses select information submitted to provide users/visitors with appropriate information on products, services, service updates and relevant industry news and analysis. In accordance with GDPR (2018), any communication programme users subscribe to will be clearly communicated to the user before being subscribed. Email communication will only be sent to users that have previously opted-in to our mailing list and those that have actively opted-in (after May 25th 2018) in compliance with 2018 GDPR legislation. Subscriptions are also taken in compliance with UK Spam Laws in the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003.
All personal details relating to subscriptions are held securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. No personal details are passed on to third parties nor shared with companies / people outside of the company that operates this website.
In compliance with GDPR legislation (2018), users can at any time request all information stored on them and ask for this information to be permanently deleted.

Client information entered into the site such as alert requirements or promotional compliance data is only available to this specific user. This data will not be passed on to any outside parties or other clients of Brand View’s services.
