Is this you?

With a background in software development, or testing you will have excellent coding skills as well as the analytical approach of a tester. You will be innovative and have great problem-solving skills and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic software development team.

The day job

Being well integrated into the Development Team, you will have a mixture of excellent technical ability, and superb communication skills. You will be writing software to test software, using tools such as Selenium Web Driver, and creating bespoke services and applications to execute various test scenarios. Our aim is to build an extensive suite of automated functional and regression tests to support our rapid development process and you will be involved in improving and expanding the automation framework to test the entire product end-to-end.

We want at a minimum…

  • Excellent C# skills
  • Experience in using Selenium WebDriver
  • Exposure to Unit Testing using MSTest or NUnit
  • Outstanding communication & documentation skills
  • A near obsessive, analytical approach to manual testing and exercising a new feature
  • An excellent understanding of the complexities and pitfalls associated with testing web applications
  • Experience of using Visual Studio
  • 2+ years’ experience in a testing or software development role

Even better if…

  • SQL skills to support validation of test results
  • Exposure to Continuous Integration using tools such as Team City
  • Experience of developing .NET web applications using C#/VB/ASP.NET/Javascript

Is this you?

A new role has been created to be part of the Client Services Team in our UK HQ office in Reading. We are looking for a high energy individual with excellent organisational and analytical skills to manage accounts within the Client Services Team. You will be working with clients who use Brand View’s ecommerce analytics, so an interest in online retailing is key. Your time will be spent helping your brand owners monitor how their products are represented and perceived online, and analysing data to produce insights to show clients how to improve their online retailing performance. You must have a passion for our brand and want to understand what we do, as well as a desire to join a fast growing team who love what they do.

The day job

  • Account managing some of the biggest global consumer brands
  • Using a consultative approach to advise clients on how to use Brand View software to track and manage the performance of their products online
  • Attending and presenting at client meetings; training clients to ensure they gain maximum value from Brand View
  • Analysing retail data using Brand View’s proprietary analytics software to produce engaging insights for clients
  • Overseeing client accounts to ensure set-up is correct and data accuracy is high
  • Ensuring clients are gaining a return from the service they are receiving, leading to contract renewals and upgrades

We want at a minimum…

  • Experience of managing accounts and offering a high level of client service
  • Comfortable analysing and interpreting data
  • A high level of competency in English, Maths, Excel, PowerPoint and cloud applications
  • Ability to think laterally and creatively
  • Confident and proactive

Even better if…

  • You have had experience in online retailing either directly or as an agency
  • 1-2 years experience managing clients

The day job

  • Implementing UI features in the Brand View web application
  • Working closely with other members of the development team to deliver new features

We are looking for a highly motivated, hardworking and energetic Marketing Executive to create, manage and deliver marketing content and campaigns to help further growth and our relationships with partners and customers. The day job…

Your job will be to increase awareness, consideration of and loyalty to Brand View by supporting the development and planning of the marketing strategy to ensure targets and objectives are met.  You will be experienced and be able to develop and write compelling dynamic product marketing and content marketing copy, press releases, blogs, and case studies that inspire and drive thought-leadership and deliver insight.  Helping to increase sales through new routes to market.  You must be creative and results-orientated, keeping calm whilst under pressure and remaining driven.  Acting as a subject matter and product expert and leading content delivery projects in maintaining and enforcing content standards – we want to be the best, mediocrity is not acceptable.

Responsibilities include

  • Work closely with commercial, sales and technical team to identify key product messaging and to develop campaigns for prospects, channel partners and existing customers
  • Create marketing collateral including web content, email campaigns, presentations, white papers and case studies
  • Lead on all SEO and PPC initiatives
  • Plan and execute product launch and lead nurturing campaigns
  • Plan and organise events including webinars and trade shows

We want at a minimum…

  • A strong academic background in English, Marketing Communication or similar
  • Relevant CIM qualification in Marketing or Digital Marketing
  • A minimum of four years working in a professional marketing capacity
  • Experience in deploying content and digital marketing activities to grow the customer base (including use of Twitter, LinkedIn, Blogs, Insights and Whitepapers)
  • Marketing communication activities including adverts, newsletters, email campaigns, case studies and copy writing
  • Demonstrable experience of product marketing, ideally from a SaaS, software or technology background
  • Experience with email marketing programs, designing and providing content for email marketing campaigns
  • SEO digital marketing experience e.g. back linking/AdWords/blogging
  • Social media marketing experience, Google analytics
  • Adherence and insistence on a single corporate brand style and the impact this has
  • Business acumen always thinking ‘what if’

Is this you?

We are recruiting an analyst to work within our Support Team. The Support Team provides live support to clients and prospects how have questions and queries during the day. You will have on the job training to learn about Brand View’s service methodologies and analysis tips. The team have access to a database of information to aid their support. The aim is to answer rapidly and conclusively without further delegation whilst clients are conducting their analysis. For queries that require investigation or information from other departments in Brand View, the support team delegate to the appropriate department. The team field questions via email, phone, but the majority of support is done via our In-App messaging service – Brand View Chat. In addition the team run regular reports and broadcast service status updates where appropriate to staff and Brand View users. Based on root cause analysis the Support Manager recommends product enhancements and training needs to the business.

The day job

  • Working within a team which responds rapidly and accurately to incoming client questions using a range of communication mediums: email, telephone and In-App chat
  • Organising and responding to live client queries so they are are answered as quickly as possible
  • Increasing your knowledge of Brand View by attending training sessions and updates
  • Delegating queries to the appropriate team and monitoring the response to conclusion
  • Running regular client reports

We want at a minimum…

  • A professional and personal response to educate and empower Brand View user.
  • Experience of providing a high level of client service
  • Comfortable analysing and interpreting data
  • A high level of competency in English, Maths, Excel, PowerPoint and cloud applications
  • Ability to think laterally and creatively

The day job

We are urgently looking for nine Temporary Data Coders. You will work within the Operations Coding Team using our in-house developed interfaces and your excellent data entry skills to code new products into the correct segmentation of our database or match them to existing products. As we need to deal with 1,000s of products every day the role requires a huge degree of accuracy and consistency that you need to repeat for each product you work on.

  • You need to be diligent, insightful and reliable as you are responsible for helping us deliver information to our clients
  • On a daily basis you will use our fantastic in house web tools and systems to find product matches in a methodical process driven way
  • You need to achieve your mapping targets in excess of 300 per day with a high degree of accuracy
  • You will need to enter data such as the brand name and product descriptor for new products
  • Be able to spot that retailers may describe the same product in a different way, using a combination of the products descriptor and image
  • Be able to research items on the web so that we can assign further attribution to new products where required
  • Be proficient in one of the following languages – Polish, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese or Japanese

We want at a minimum…

  • English or Maths GCSE Grade A or B
  • Strong data entry skills
  • A perfectionist with fantastic attention to detail who has pride in the work that they do
  • A steady and consistent individual who proves our clients are ‘in safe hands’ That you like process and making sure that is followed
  • You can commit to the duration of this role until the end of March
