A new role has been created, as a result of Brand View’s expansion, to be part of the client services team business in our UK HQ office in Reading. We are looking for a high energy individual with excellent organisational and analytical skills to support the Client Services Team. You will be analysing retail data to produce insights to show clients how to improve their business performance, particularly with their online sale strategy, and maintaining client accounts to a high standard. You must have a passion for our brand and a want to understand what we do, and be ready to join a fast growing team who love what they do.

The day job

  • Working with some of the biggest global consumer brands and retailers
  • Analysing retail data using Brand View’s proprietary analytics software to produce engaging insights for clients
  • Producing analysis and presentations to showcase Brand View data and capabilities
  • Creating and maintaining eCommerce rules so these are aligned to their business metrics
  • Working with the Account Managers to create recommendations for improvements
  • Checking and maintaining client account settings
  • Running client reports and conducting spot checks on client accounts
  • Attending and presenting at client meetings with other team members
  • Dealing with client queries and working with Account Managers to provide feedback

The day job…

You will be able to come in straight away with enthusiasm and drive and take full responsibility for 25-30 key clients. Reporting in to the Client Services Director and working in a team of 10 you will ensure that projects are running smoothly and being driven forward for your accounts.

Proving an understanding of our clients and gaining their trust through your brand knowledge, capturing opportunities and expanding this through creating and maintaining key client relationships. Delivery of engaging presentations to the clients on ‘how to use and gain value from the analytics of the tool’. Regular review of your clients to be able to facilitate future growth.

We are recruiting a junior analyst to work within our Support Team. The Support Team provides live support to clients and prospects who have questions and queries during the day. You will have on the job training to learn about Brand View’s service methodologies and analysis tips. The team have access to a database of information to aid their support. The aim is to answer rapidly and conclusively without further delegation whilst clients are conducting their analysis. For queries that require investigation or information from other departments in Brand View, The Support Team delegates them to the appropriate department, monitors the progress and keeps the client updated. The team deals with questions via email, phone, but the majority of support is done via our In-App messaging service – Brand View Chat. In addition, the team runs regular reports and broadcasts service status updates where appropriate to staff and Brand View users. Based on the root cause analysis the Support Manager recommends product enhancements and training needs to the business.

The day job…

  • Working within a team which responds rapidly and accurately to incoming client questions using a range of communication mediums: email, telephone and In-App chatOrganising and responding to live client queries so they

Is this you?

Primary responsibility for the day to day management of Brand View’s matching platform and being/becoming an expert on the platform. You will work within the Service Delivery Team which is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of retailer data and analytics.

In this role you will need to monitor the top line reports and analyse the outputs from the matching platform, deciding on the route cause and if updates are required to the machine learning. Triage issues raised internally, again finding route cause, and preventing the issue happening again.

Constantly managing communication on ways of working to the commercial teams on matching rules and processes and being involved in client communication and meetings as required.

The Day Job

  • Optimising the output of our proprietary Product Matching Platform
  • Routine monitoring of throughput for both quality and quantity of data
  • Proactive root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Adjusting settings and filters across a wide variety of consumer product categories
  • Working on the Crowd Platform by creating test questions and instructions and reviewing contested test questions
  • Working with the Product Manager highlight issues and further developments required to enhance the matching platform
  • Supporting new projects and data collection methodologies

The role sits in the Service Delivery team in our UK HQ office in Reading.  We are looking for a high energy individual with excellent organisational and analytical skills to support the QC Analyst and Project Managers in the team. You will be involved in the many facets of ensuring outstanding delivery to our clients, and so you must have a passion for our brand, understand what we do, and want to join a fast moving team who love what they do.

The day job…

  • Working with some of the biggest global consumer brands and retailers.
  • Work with the Project Managers, quality checking and testing deliverables before they are shared with our clients by collecting and analysing the project’s business requirement to ensure customer account delivery matches project spec
  • Deal with client queries during the onboarding phase of projects, with direct contact with clients
  • Work with Brand View’s mapping technology to define and monitor success
  • Manage the best practice process of importing of data feeds from our clients
  • Build scopes for delivery of client data
  • Effectively communicate relevant information to company management as required
  • Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes and where possible come up with solution
  • Undertake data analysis using Excel and Google Docs
  • Communicate complex ideas across a variety of people within the organisation in a clear, concise manner across functional and technical departments

We’re looking for a bright and logical Quality Control Analyst for a crucial hire to work within our Service Delivery team. You will serve as the liaison between Client Services, Development and Operations teams. You will be responsible for ensuring client accounts are set up to agreed specifications, within agreed lead times before signing off projects to Client Services. This is a role working closely with the Project Managers and reporting to the Head of Project Management that allows you to show business acumen and a strong understanding of processes.

The day job

The role requires you to clearly understand requirements with key projects and work with the Project Managers to develop and operate a quality control process for each deliverable. You will take ownership of the QC process and ensure reviews are completed to deadlines, reporting back to internal stakeholders. The QC Analyst will be critical in flagging areas of risk and work with the Service Delivery team to mitigate these ongoing.

  • Understand the scope and requirements of a project and agree on a clear success criteria
  • Take ownership of the quality control process, suggesting areas for improvements along with possible solutions
  • Monitor the quality checks of multiple project deliverables concurrently
  • Ensure each delivery is being done to specification and effectively communicate relevant information to Project Managers and account managers
    Report on the accuracy of a client deliverable, interpret findings and action accordingly
    Communicate both verbally and in writing
    Be influential and energetic to project success while working under tight time constraints and pressure

Is this you?

We’re looking for a bright and logical Technical Project Coordinator for a crucial hire within our Service Delivery team at Brand View. You will be based at our global head office in Reading and working with our growing number of international offices which currently include US, France and South Korea, and the some biggest organisations in the world. You, and other project coordinators on the team,  will be responsible for overseeing all elements of a large-scale web scraping, including resourcing, delivery schedule, data quality, and post-live monitoring and support. This is a role working at the heart of Brand View liaising with Directors, the Sales Team, Client Service and Project Managers. Reporting to the Product and Platform Manager you will be expected to show business acumen and a strong understanding of processes.

The day job…

The role requires the coordination and scheduling of our Web Scraping team work load, investigating and triaging issues. The Technical Project Coordinators are responsible for ensuring that all web scraped collected data is integrated into Brand View on a daily basis.
You will form part of the Service Delivery team working with our Project Managers to coordinate and prioritise new web scrapes through to development. Also working closely with client services teams to answer queries and alerting for outages / downtime of the scraping platform. Finally working with the Product and Platform Manager to improve efficiency of integration of the web scraping platform into Brand View, where necessary.

We want at a minimum…

  • Show proven ability to organize, plan, and execute in a complex, multi-project environment with good attention to detail
  • Triage production issues and bug reports to ensure they are addressed within the target SLA
  • Take requests from internal clients and then communicate timings into a realistic timelines
  • Manage the web scraping project boards for visibility throughout the business, and provide feedback on bug fixes, new features or scrapes clearly and concisely to all stakeholders
  • Manage feedback from the Scraping team take corrective measures to ensure any issues are resolved and prevented from happening again in the future
  • Assist with the continuous improvement of web scraping processes in Brand View
  • Effectively handle frequently changing priorities

Even better if…

  • You have 1+ years technical project management experience, preferably in ecommerce or related industries
  • You are skilled in the use of project management and ticketing systems or software
  • You have a moderate understanding of computer programming and ecommerce principles, terminology, and technologies
