Is this you?

We are looking for a high energy business development executive with raw sales ability, excellent commercial understanding and the ability to make sound commercial recommendations. A strong graduate with a high level of education and some sales experience and proven drive would definitely be considered.

Are you eager to pick up the phone and identify opportunities? Can you present to an audience? Having the passion and hunger to close sales is a must, as is demonstrating to us your ability to want to meet and exceed revenue goals.

The day job

A new role has been created as a result of Brand View’s expansion to address significant business opportunities in the UK. Reporting into the Global Sales Director you will be accountable for sales within General Merchandise which will include Technology, Domestic Appliances, Toys and DIY. Working within a driven and successful sales team you have to be able to strategically identify opportunities to develop new business.

You must be able to then build sales opportunities and manage the pipeline from getting the clients to engage, preparing thought-provoking proposals, and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of the Brand View service through to closing the sale.

We want at a minimum…

  • 1+ years sales experience
  • Ability to identify key sales opportunities
  • Expectation of a strong weighted pipeline by the end of your 3rd month
  • Ability to demonstrate a passion for telesales
  • A door knocker with a high-energy personality
  • A superior listener who quickly establishes Brand Views credibility
  • An ability to deliver consistent long-term results and grow with us
  • Naturally strong negotiator and influencer who is persistent and resourceful

Even better if…

  • Research agency background
  • Previous retail selling would be hugely advantageous
  • A telesales background in recruitment or advertising

Is this you?

We are looking for a bright and logical Field Manager for a crucial hire within the Brand View Operations team, who will be responsible for ensuring that all field collected data is integrated into Brand View on a daily basis. A real completer/finisher who can ensure over 2 million field collected products are integrated into Brand View annually. This is a stand-alone role with you being able to show business acumen, a strong understanding of processes and managing a small team.

The Day Job

The role requires the management of our field team and the Brand View field team department. Using our Field Data Management Portal (with validation built into the submission process), you will be responsible for commissioning new fieldwork, managing the expectations of your internal clients, analysing field data to ensure quality and working on a variety of projects to improve our tools, processes and how the data is delivered into Brand View.

We want at a minimum someone who can…..

  • Oversee and manage the processes through the team
  • Ensure that all expected collections are delivered on a daily basis in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage the central field queries and quote boards and timeline expectations. This requires a strong phone manner and using communication tools such as Trello.
  • Present to clients when needed, being confident to push back where appropriate
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to improve process and service
  • Manage the rejections process through the team to ensure the integrity of our field data, monitoring pick up rates and taking ownership of the end result
  • Take requests from internal clients and then communicate costs and timings into a realistic project timescale that can be fed back to the client through the commercial team
  • Manage feedback from the field team through to the commercial team and take corrective measures to ensure any issues are resolved
  • Oversee the continuous improvement of field collection processes in Brand View, feeding in development requests as and when required
  • Good Maths, English and Excel skills are required

  • You have worked in a field orientated company previously or a co-ordination role
  • Have experience of running a small team and are a proven problem solver

The day job

We are urgently looking for a Temporary Data Entry Coder to work with us until the end of June. You will work within the Operations Coding Team using our in-house developed interfaces and your excellent data entry skills to code new products into the correct segmentation of our database or match them to existing products. As we need to deal with 1,000s of products every day the role requires a huge degree of accuracy and consistency that you need to repeat for each product you work on.

  • You need to be diligent, insightful and reliable as you are responsible for helping us deliver information to our clients
  • On a daily basis, you will use our fantastic in-house web tools and systems to find product matches in a methodical process driven way
  • You need to achieve your data entry mapping targets in excess of 300 per day with a high degree of accuracy
  • You will need to enter data accurately such as the brand name and product descriptor for new products
  • Be able to spot that retailers may describe the same product in a different way, using a combination of the products descriptor and image
  • Be able to research items on the web so that we can assign further attribution to new products where required

We want at a minimum…

  • English or Maths GCSE Grade A or B
  • Strong data entry skills
  • A perfectionist with fantastic attention to detail who has pride in the work that they do
  • A steady and consistent individual who proves our clients are ‘in safe hands’
  • You like process and making sure that it’s followed
