This role is in the Service Delivery team in our UK HQ office in Reading.  We are looking for a high energy individual with excellent organisational and analytical skills to support the QC Analyst and Project Managers in team. You will be involved in many facets of ensuring outstanding delivery to our clients.  You must have a passion for our brand and want to understand what we do and join a fast moving team who love what they do.

The Day Job…

  • Working with some of the biggest global consumer brands and retailers.
  • Work with the project managers, Quality Checking and testing deliverables before they are shared with our clients by collecting and analysing the project’s business requirement to ensure customer account delivery matches project spec
  • Deal with client queries during the onboarding phase of projects, with direct contact with clients
  • Work with Brand Views mapping technology to define and monitor success of key mapping jobs required for onboarding new clients.  This will include seed mapping, understanding bad mapping, monitoring mapping jobs, defining corrective actions and future needs for system improvements
  • Ensure that services like Category Placement are completed ahead of delivery to our clients
  • Ingest Data Feeds from our clients using our best practice process
  • Update own label tables when new sources are added into Brand View
  • Update volume tables for new categories to support the matching platform
  • Build scopes for delivery of client data through export builder, Brand View’s tool for building client exports
  • Effectively communicate relevant information to company management as required
  • Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes and where possible come up with  solutions
  • Undertake data analysis using Excel and Google Docs
  • Interact with a variety of people within the organisation, adapting communication style to engage with different personalities.
  • Communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner across functional and technical departments
  • Be energetic, driven and committed to project success while working under tight time constraints and pressure
  • Identify, document, and resolve project issues
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change
  • Be confident and proactive
  • Be able to communicate directly with clients and internal customers through all mediums

Key skills

  • Showing logic and problem solving abilities. Experience of analysing and interpreting data
  • Self Starter with ability to work on their own initiative with minimal supervision
  • Analytical – Ability/experience to accurately undertake key data analysis
  • Excellent IT skills, including Excel and Google Docs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex data and results into a logical explanation and summary
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities while maintaining high quality standards
  • Motivation to ensure project success despite tight time constraints and pressure
  • A strong process-oriented approach with sound judgment, attention to detail and accuracy

Is this you?

A Creative Designer with flair who has solid commercial experience already in your toolbox. Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, you will be responsible for designing, producing and developing all of the Marketing collateral that a busy in-house team produces. You will be required to manage and deliver numerous projects on time and your impeccable eye for detail will make sure that it is always perfect. Are you proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and actively interested in current design trends? You will need to have the ability to adapt while not being flustered in order to succeed in this busy, varied yet extremely rewarding role.

The Day Job…

You will have responsibility for creating internal and external promotional material for print and digital from concept to delivery. Ensuring company websites are continually developed and maintained using WordPress etc. Leading the creation of artwork across a range of mediums and ensuring brand guidelines are maintained. You will be expected to continually develop and refresh internal and external media, marketing literature and collateral, designing and delivering all marketing documentation, supporting all potential sales meetings, ongoing contract negotiations and updates. You must have impeccable attention to detail and be able to propose new ideas and innovative ways for us to update our branding to retain a modern and fresh image.

We want at a minimum…

  • Design related education to degree level or equivalent
  • A portfolio demonstrating a creative flair for design and delivery
  • Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills to include Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Ability to take feedback and interpret it to the project’s benefit
  • Significant experience of WordPress in managing websites
  • Significant experience in digital media, artwork and retouching
  • Ability to inspire confidence in delivery to the various internal teams
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Problem solving – finding solutions to ensure delivery of key projects in-line with expectations
  • Strong analytical ability – to interpret internal clients’ requirements and formulate into pragmatic marketing solutions. Must be inquisitive and not be afraid to ask questions that will benefit the outcome
  • Ability to maintain effectiveness and motivate report(s) in a fast moving/changing environment
  • Ability to break down large scale projects and structure an approach
  • Working on multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meeting your deadlines and supporting your team members to meet theirs

We are looking for a highly motivated, hardworking and energetic Marketing Manager to create, manage and deliver marketing content and campaigns to help further growth and our relationships with partners and customers. This role will report to the Global Marketing Director supporting them by taking the brief and then running with it.  This is a great opportunity for a driven and creative individual who wants to help shape a brand, utilise their skills to determine marketing strategy and be recognised for their contribution in our continued growth story.

The Day Job…

Your job will be to increase awareness, consideration of and loyalty to Brand View by supporting the development and planning of the marketing strategy to ensure targets and objectives are met.  You will be experienced and be able to develop and write compelling dynamic product marketing and content marketing copy, press releases, blogs, and case studies that inspire and drive thought-leadership and deliver insight.  Helping to increase sales through new routes to market.  You must be creative and results-orientated, keeping calm whilst under pressure and remaining driven.  Acting as a subject matter and product expert and leading content delivery projects in maintaining and enforcing content standards – we want to be the best, mediocrity is not acceptable.

Responsibilities include

  • Work closely with commercial, sales and technical team to identify key product messaging and to develop campaigns for prospects, channel partners and existing customers
  • Create marketing collateral including web content, email campaigns, presentations, white papers and case studies
  • Lead on all SEO and PPC initiatives
  • Plan and execute product launch and lead nurturing campaigns
  • Plan and organise events including webinars and trade shows

We want at a minimum…

  • A strong academic background in English, Marketing Communication or similar
  • Relevant CIM qualification in Marketing or Digital Marketing
  • A minimum of four years working in a professional marketing capacity
  • Experience in deploying content and digital marketing activities to grow the customer base (including use of Twitter, LinkedIn, Blogs, Insights and Whitepapers)
  • Marketing communication activities including adverts, newsletters, email campaigns, case studies and copy writing
  • Demonstrable experience of product marketing, ideally from a SaaS, software or technology background
  • Experience with email marketing programs, designing and providing content for email marketing campaigns
  • SEO digital marketing experience e.g. back linking/AdWords/blogging
  • Social media marketing experience, Google analytics
  • Adherence and insistence on a single corporate brand style and the impact this has
  • Business acumen always thinking ‘what if’
