Is This You?

You will be involved in the implementation of various projects across the Brand View platform. The fast paced, evolving nature of the business often requires rapid development and delivery of working, well-structured and tested code to very short timescales.

 

The Day Job

An excellent developer, you will be used to working on the back-end infrastructure of any app from the data access layers through windows services and cross process communications . You will be a quick learner, and have adaptable development skills that you can apply to the varied projects and tasks you’ll undertake. You will also be heavily involved with the ongoing maintenance and improvement of existing core projects within Brand View.

 

We want at a minimum….

  • Excellent code development skills in C#, WCF & SQL
  • Experience of writing & installing Windows Services
  • Good understanding of how to write high performance, efficient code
  • A thorough, detailed approach to testing and debugging software – you will always strive to ensure code is robust and reliable.
  • Strong communication skills

 

Even Better if….

  • You have experience/understanding of cloud based platforms and big data (AWS, Dynam,. etc)
  • You’ve used WCF Net TCP and Named Pipes (not just web services)
  • ASP.NET, WCF Web services and Web API controllers
  • Web technologies such as HTML/CSS/Javascript/jQuery/Angular

The Day Job

An exciting role working with FMCG and General Merchandise clients to improve their eCommerce performance. Working in a team of four, you will be the main point of contact for your clients ensuring that they gain the most out of their Brand View service through regular engagement, training and query resolution. A consultative approach is required to translate client’s eCommerce aspirations into regular reporting, key performance indicators, targets and insights. The day job

We are looking for a Data Coder to work within our Operations Team. The role will involve using our in-house developed interfaces to assist our automated matching platform and QC our vast database. As we need to deal with 1,000s of products every day the role requires a huge degree of accuracy and consistency.

  • You need to be diligent, insightful and reliable as you are responsible for helping us deliver information to our clients
  • On a daily basis you will use our fantastic in house web tools and systems to categorise products, assign brands and check volumes in a methodical process driven way
  • You need to achieve daily targets with a high degree of accuracy
  • You must be able to spot that retailers may describe products differently and use all of the information available to you to determine if products are a matc
  • Be able to do research on the web so that we can assign further attribution to new products where required

  • English GCSE Grade A or B

We are looking for a bright and logical Data Coordinator for a crucial hire within the Brand View Operations team, who will be responsible for ensuring that all field collected data is integrated into Brand View on a daily basis.  A real completer/finisher who can ensure over 2 million field collected products are integrated into Brand View annually.  This is a stand-alone role with you being able to show business acumen, a strong understanding of processes and managing a small team.

 

The Day Job

The role requires overseeing of our field team and the Brand View field team department.  Using our Field Data Management Portal (with validation built into the submission process), you will be responsible for commissioning new fieldwork, managing the expectations of your internal clients, analysing field data to ensure quality and working on a variety of projects to improve our tools, processes and how the data is delivered into Brand View.  You will also be expected to attend and present at client meetings as and when required.

 

We want at a minimum…

  • Oversee and manage the processes through the team
  • Ensure that all expected collections are delivered on a daily basis in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage the central field queries and quote boards and timeline expectations.  This requires a strong phone manner and using communication tools such as Trello.
  • Present to clients when needed, being confident to push back where appropriate
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to improve process and service
  • Manage the rejections process through the team to ensure the integrity of our field data, monitoring pick up rates and taking ownership of the end result
  • Take requests from internal clients and then communicate costs and timings into a realistic project timescale that can be fed back to the client through the commercial team
  • Manage feedback from the field team through to the commercial team and take corrective measures to ensure any issues are resolved
  • Oversee the continuous improvement of field collection processes in Brand View, feeding in development requests as and when required
  • Good Maths, English and Excel skills are required

  • You have worked in a field orientated company previously or a co-ordination role
  • Have experience of running a small team and are a proven problem solver

You will work within the Operations Field Team using our in-house developed interfaces to validate and monitor submitted field data. As we need to deal with thousands of products every day the role requires a huge degree of accuracy and consistency that you need to repeat for each product you work on.

 

The Day Job

  • You need to be diligent, insightful and reliable as you are responsible for helping us deliver information to our clients
  • Responsible for checking the integrity of the submitted field data
  • Assisting the Data Co-ordinator in managing our third party supplier on a daily basis, whether that be via email, phone or face to face meetings
  • You will need to monitor live collections as they come in, tracking them on the Weekly checklist and monitoring pick up rates as well as ensuring that any queried items are actioned before the 4.30pm deadline
  • Working on queried scans, using photos and other sources to close off queries. Making sure any queried scans that are still outstanding past a certain point are closed and refreshed
  • Understand why products hit validation and what this means in terms of accepting, rejecting and blocking them
  • Supporting the inputting of client data
  • Raising and tracking client queries and managing feedback through to commercial team. This would include proactively spotting and auctioning solutions before these become a client issue. Taking corrective measures to ensure any issues are resolved.
  • Supporting the team on ad hoc projects and queries
  • Supporting the Data Co-ordinator in presenting to the wider business on field and processes
  • Help to define new tools/development needs to improve/aid field collection processes internally
  • Supporting the Data Co-ordinator in commissioning new field work
  • Supporting the service delivery team in tasks associated with the new Mapping Platform This could include process improvements in how field is integrated into Brand View

  • Effective verbal and written communications skills

Is this You?

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead for a crucial hire within our Operations Team. You will have experience of managing a team and successfully directing that team towards the delivery of daily and weekly targets. You need to have excellent analytical and problem solving skills in order to identify issues and advise on actions to enhance Brand Views product matching platform, whilst supporting the Operations Manager and the rest of the team in delivering projects. Good communication skills are essential in order to build effective relationships with both senior and junior colleagues. You must also be able to exert influence throughout the business and provide direction on ways of working.

 

The Day Job

As Operations Team Lead you will be responsible for directing resource on key tasks and ensuring targets are met to make sure the business meets contracted deliverables. You will deal with internal and external queries and manage them to a satisfactory conclusion for all involved. You will support the team and train them on a variety of tasks to support our automated matching platform and ensure the ongoing quality of our vast database.

 

We want at a minimum someone who can…..

  • Oversee a team of between 5 and 15 people
  • Learn and instruct the team on the use of our in-house tools
  • Ensure that all targets are met on a daily and weekly basis
  • Demonstrate impeccable attention to detail and have experience of dealing with large volumes of data
  • Manage queries, requests and timeline expectations from internal stakeholders. This requires strong communication skills and the use of communication tools such as Trello.
  • Present to internal/external stakeholders when needed, being confident to push back where appropriate
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to improve process and service
  • Oversee the continuous improvement of the product matching and data QC processes in Brand View, feeding in development requests as and when required

The role sits in the Service Delivery team in our UK HQ office in Reading.  We are looking for a high energy individual with excellent organisational and analytical skills to support the QC Analyst and Project Managers in the team. You will be involved in the many facets of ensuring outstanding delivery to our clients, and so you must have a passion for our brand, understand what we do, and want to join a fast moving team who love what they do.

The day job…

  • Working with some of the biggest global consumer brands and retailers.
  • Work with the Project Managers, quality checking and testing deliverables before they are shared with our clients by collecting and analysing the project’s business requirement to ensure customer account delivery matches project spec
  • Deal with client queries during the onboarding phase of projects, with direct contact with clients
  • Work with Brand View’s mapping technology to define and monitor success
  • Manage the best practice process of importing of data feeds from our clients
  • Build scopes for delivery of client data
  • Effectively communicate relevant information to company management as required
  • Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes and where possible come up with solution
  • Undertake data analysis using Excel and Google Docs
  • Communicate complex ideas across a variety of people within the organisation in a clear, concise manner across functional and technical departments
  • Be energetic, driven and committed to project success while working under tight time constraints and pressure
  • Identify, document, and resolve project issues
  • Be confident and proactive
  • Be able to communicate directly with clients and internal customers through all mediums

Key skills…

  • Logic and problem solving abilities with experience of analysing and interpreting data
  • Self-starter with ability to work on their own initiative with minimal supervision
  • Analytical – Ability/experience to accurately undertake key data analysis
  • Excellent IT skills, including Excel and Google Docs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex data and results into a logical explanation and summary

Is this You?

We are looking for a brilliant Senior Account Manager who has the ability to work in an advisory capacity with the ability to sufficiently understand clients in-store and on-line strategies and how Brand View can support these. A strong knowledge and appreciation of the pricing and promotional sector is required with the ability to understand new market sectors. You will have experience of international level Account handling and will be responsible for clients who are interested in all of our services. You will be working with our largest FMCG and GM regional and global clients, educating and helping them understand how best to use our services and supporting them through training, best practice advice and enabling them to measure and drive their retail strategy through Brand View’s analytics. You must have a passion for our brand and want to join a fast growing team who love what they do.
 

The Day Job

This role reports to the Client Services Director working in a team of six. You will develop a deep understanding of your client’s trading challenges and aspirations and gain their trust through your technical knowledge of Brand View. You will seek and capture opportunities by creating and maintaining key client relationships so that Brand View remains an indispensable service with a high return on our client investment. You will have a portfolio of 15 to 20 high value and strategic accounts and conduct regular service reviews as well as weekly contact onsite and from our office on all matters relating to maintaining the highest level of service. Your success will be measured by client usage, renewal rate, spotting new opportunities with your clients and overall client satisfaction. You will work closely with other departments at Brand View to maintain the highest standards for our clients.
 

We want at a minimum…

  • Understanding and appreciation of pricing and category management
  • Experience of the FMCG and General Merchandise Markets
  • Ability to manage large and strategically important account
  • Ability to manage and build collaborative client relationships by being influential, engaging, and driven
  • International level Account handling and Client relationship development
  • Engagement and training skills to be able to present Brand Views products and services
  • Ability to network with businesses and land new services, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities both in-store and on-online
  • Experience of having delivered an extremely high level of client satisfaction consistently within large global clients
  • Skillfully seizing all commercial opportunities to increase business
  • Demonstration of resilience and strong time management in a fast-paced industry
  • Commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Ability to simplify complexity
  • Analytical and numerical with a high level of competency in English, Maths and Excel

  • You have 5+ years’ experience in an Account Manager role
